Welcome to St. Thomas' Parish!

St. Thomas' Parish Mission:
Encountering God, Strengthening Community, and Reflecting the Love of Christ into the World

Easter 2013

Spring has sprung here in Southern Maryland. Birds are nesting, bees are buzzing, and everything green is growing like crazy.

At St. Thomas' Parish, we're growing, too-spiritually, that is. Some folks are continuing practices they began in Lent, with daily Bible reading or the Sunday morning adult education class based on Marcus Borg's book, Evolution of the Word: The New Testament in the Order the Books Were Written. Centering Prayer continues every Monday night at 7:30 pm. And our three worship services offer opportunities to connect with God and people in the community on Saturday evenings at 5 pm at the Chapel of the Incarnation and Sunday mornings at 8 and 10 am at St. Thomas' Church.

If you're new to the area or curious about the Episcopal Church, come visit. Everyone is welcome!

In peace,

Debbie
